[Xorg-driver-geode] Problem with 1024x600 on Geode LX

I'd like to help, but I'm unfamiliar with these changes -- if no-one
else on the list knows what's up, it would help if you could bisect the
commit that broke things for you.  (Either manually, or using "git
bisect".)
