I made a mistake.

Bah! I missed the fact that this is an EXTENDED instruction.

That means that it's opcode 0F A2, not A2.

This is the CPUID instruction, which seems like a valid instruction to
issue, and one we need to emulate.

Should be easy, I'll just call the underlying instruction.
