Add mullins support patch
Hi
I've configured my system to use the amdgpu kernel driver, but noticed the PCI
ID's for Mullins cards is missing in version 1.1.0.
I patched the PCI ID's in for my card, regenerated the pci ids with the perl
script and rebuilt the driver and it's working fine (aside from
