            Bug ID: 103141
Summary: RX550 / cannot send 2560x1080 via hdmi
           Product: xorg
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: medium
         Component: Driver/AMDgpu
          Assignee: xorg-driver-ati at lists.x.org
          Reporter: arne_woerner at yahoo.com
        QA Contact: xorg-team at lists.x.org

My HD7660D in my A10-5800K can send 2560x1080 at 60 via hdmi with fglrx.

But with the same cable and the same monitor the RX550 (which says it can do
4K60 via the hdmi connector) cannot do that with amdgpu.

Why is that?

Is it possible that a dual link DVI cable can help?

Is it worth to try if amdgpu-pro can do it?
(there seems to be a lot of downgrading/uninstalling involved)
