Hello,

I notice a bug since january 2017 : tearing in videos  after the update of the
package xf86-video-ati ( 1:7.8.99.r16.gea30d856-1 ),

I use archlinux 64 bits,

I tried the last package version : 1:7.9.0-1 and it's the same problem,

If I downgrade the package to the version 1:7.8.0-2 then all is ok,

my graphic card : amd radeon HD4650 Pcie ( chip: RV730 pro ),
