Please re-send the patch you want to be applied generated by git
format-patch, ideally with your Signed-off-by tag.

I'm afraid that seems unlikely, since AFAICT there are no callers
passing RADEON_HOST_DATA_SWAP_HDW to RADEONCopySwap. Did you verify that
you're really hitting this code?
