patched radeon_dvi_mode_valid + debug/patch trial for TMDS frequency

While the patch in radeon_dvi_mode_valid seems to work (new modes are offered
at a high enough radeon.hdmimhz) the patch around
radeon_get_monitor_bpc/radeon.hdmikhz seems insufficient to keep a high enough
TMDS frequency.
