Summary: integrated LVDS displays stays dark
                    (firmware-linux-nonfree-0.43)
           Product: xorg
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: critical
          Priority: medium
         Component: Driver/Radeon
          Assignee: xorg-driver-ati at lists.x.org
          Reporter: estellnb at elstel.org
        QA Contact: xorg-team at lists.x.org

After upgrading to Xorg 1.16.4 my integrated LVDS display stays dark though it
is shown by xrandr as active and can be configured by xrandr. It was known to
work with Debian oldstable (likely 1:7.7+3~deb7u1; do not have that
installation any more). Using firmware-linux-nonfree-0.43; related bugs: Bug
90475, Bug 90474.
