[Bug 91304] No menus display on default monitor

Using default Gnome 3.16 setup.  Nothing fancy.   Just tried fluxbox and
problem went away.   Now the window manager is just another X app.   I fail
to see how it renders differently depending on which screen its in.   Hmmm
