[Bug 88063] Radeon driver with dual monitor does not wake properly from sleep

Just about every day after lunch (my monitors go to sleep after 60 minutes) my
second monitor becomes corrupted. Using: 

xrandr --output DVI-0 --off ; xrandr --output DVI-0 --auto --right-of
DisplayPort-0

is a semi-efficient fix and gets me back up and working. It is nonetheless an
annoyance. Is there anything else I can do to provide feedback to assist in
troubleshooting this issue?
