What physical connectors are actually on the card?  Can you send me a
copy of the vbios?  I'm not sure how you fetch it freebsd.  On Linux
you can grab it via sysfs:

(as root)
(use lspci to get the bus id)
cd /sys/bus/pci/devices/<pci bus id>
echo 1 > rom
cat rom > /tmp/vbios.rom
echo 0 > rom
