Turn off the hardware acceleration of Flash not solve the issues in both
cases. This is the content of my /etc/adobe/mms.cfg

AVHardwareDisable = 0
FullScreenDisable = 0
LocalFileReadDisable = 1
FileDownloadDisable = 1
FileUploadDisable = 1
LocalStorageLimit = 5
ThirdPartyStorage = 1
AssetCacheSize = 50
AutoUpdateDisable = 1
LegacyDomainMatching = 0
LocalFileLegacyAction = 0
AllowUserLocalTrust = 0
# DisableSockets = 1
OverrideGPUValidation = 0
EnableLinuxHWVideoDecode=0

And screenshot with this option off by default. I know that Flash 10.2
is very unstable with video acceleration, in the Debian Wiki talk of
this and recommend turn off this option.
