[Libva] VAAPI, VDPAU and ATI Radeon HD7750

Well, I spoke too soon. One of the issues I've been tracking with this card
is crackling sound from the HDMI interface. I've now successfully narrowed
down the problem to the HW Acceleration - when that's in use, I get crackly
sound, when not, the sound is acceptable.

So, not to conflate the two issues, should I create another thread?
