[Bug 77082] linux-image-3.13-1-amd64: discrete video card not available, sometimes hangs on boot

The problem is still here after update to 3.13.7-1. dmesg attached.

I found out that before 3.13.7-1 laptop hangs if radeon.dpm=1 is in grub
configuration, without radeon.dpm=1 laptop boots, but discrete card is
unavailable. After upgrade to 3.13.7-1 I found out that laptop boots both
with and without radeon.dpm=1, but in either case discrete card is still
unavailable.
