Looks like the EXA glyph cache pixmap is getting corrupted.
Unfortunately, there's no way to flush the glyph cache explicitly, only
indirectly by rendering text using many different glyphs.

That'll be tricky I'm afraid. Try watching for certain patterns, e.g. if
it only happens with certain apps, certain desktop environments, ...

Does
Option "ColorTiling" "off"
prevent the problem? (Verify in the log file that the option takes
effect)
