Running Arch Linux with Linux kernel 3.7.9 and version 7.1.0 of the Radeon
driver I have experienced numerous issues with the graphics ether having a hard
lockup or the system going through a soft reset with a multihead setup.
This is all I could find from the dmesg output after one of the soft resets
