Well, didn't work.

These need to stay this:
        rdev->config.cayman.sx_max_export_smx_size = 48;
        rdev->config.cayman.max_hw_contexts = 2;

If you're only changing the 3.  

But rdev->config.cayman.sx_max_export_size can be increased to 128.

So there must be some magic with the other 2 items you're changing in yours to
allow these 2 to increase.  

Seems like the Patch in Comment 81 is the best one.
