minimal fix

Ok, I've narrowed it down to these 3 specific changes:
rdev->config.cayman.sx_max_export_size = 64;
rdev->config.cayman.sx_max_export_smx_size = 48;
rdev->config.cayman.max_hw_contexts = 2;

See attached patch.. my system seems to run well with it.  I'm building a
completely fresh kernel with it now just to be sure.  

If I change any of those back to their original values (256, 192, 8
respectively) then different aspects of the artifacts returns.

I have not tried any values in between yet to see how high they can go before
artifacts become a problem.
