This makes it really bad.  Screen goes either completely white/snowy or
completely black with small snow spots on it.  It seems related to UVD errors,
but I've always had UVD errors on boot and the GUI still showed, now there's
nothing.

[drm:cayman_startup] *ERROR* radeon: failed initializing UVD (-1).
drm:uvd_v1_0_start] *ERROR* UVD not responding, trying to reset the VCPU!!!

I am going to play with the numbers and the other patch and see if I can make a
difference.
