That's not really much related, that fixes an issue that you might hit when the
tiling is wrong and the gpu locks up.

The current patches at http://people.freedesktop.org/~glisse/tiling/ don't lock
up for me, they just cause tiled rendering of some stuff (kernel v3, libdrm v4
mesa v3, ddx v5).
