I have three monitors running on a Radeon 5770, two DVI and one Displayport.  When resuming from DPMS off, the display connected to DVI-0 does not resume
(black screen and orange power light) until I physically turn it off and back on.  If I move the mouse after forcing DPMS off but before the display's power
light turns orange, it resumes without intervention.
