             Bug #: 45719
           Summary: Game Shank is unplayable
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: xorg
           Version: git
          Platform: x86-64 (AMD64)
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Driver/Radeon
        AssignedTo: xorg-driver-ati at lists.x.org
        ReportedBy: lvella at gmail.com
         QAContact: xorg-team at lists.x.org

Humble Bundle have released the Shank port to Linux, but the game is unplayable
while using Mesa (tested with radeon driver on Radeon HD 4870, and intel on
GM45).

Last update from xorg-edgers (tested on radeon), that changed the OpenGL
version string to "Mesa 8.0-rc2" made significant improvement over mid-January
versions: now the cinematic movies are displayed at full speed. But the game is
still unplayable, and except from some HUD elements, the game screen is black,
as well as the menus, that have black background where there should be some
artwork.
