Graphics fragmented on Firefox

Sorry for my English.

I have problems with GUI operating system Lubuntu-11.10 and even Linux-Mint-12

The graphics the first time the PC is fragmented, but if you restart everything
is fine.

The problem usually manifests itself in the transparent like tabs in firefox,
or full screen when the screen opens the shutdown, but also where Openbox
generates previews of the themes or where LXAppearance change the color, the
mouse cursor, but also to all screen on the pages of firefox or chrome.

PC is compaq presario, AMD athlon XP 3000+, 256mb ddr, ATI Radeon 9250 128mb.
