You can only have two connectors in use at the same time.  The ones that you
can use must be connected at boot time.  If you want to use DVI and HDMI, you
have to connect both of them at boot time and the oem has to have wired up the
board to allow it.  Check your owners manual to see what combinations are
supported simultaneously.
