Same here, ATI Mobility Radeon 3470 (r600g), KDE 4.6.1, qt 4.7.2,
xorg-server/mesa/libdrm/xf86-video-ati git master. It is there for a long time
now, cannot say when it started. It is not very distracting, so I didn't report
it. It is easily reproducible - just open any popup-menu and when it appears,
the area looks corrupted (uninitialized?) until it is first drawn (happens very
soon).
