[Bug 33183] mouse cursor turns into thin vertical dashed line

Any ideas if any other debug info would be useful to catch this? I am receiving
it rather often right now - once a day or two and in some cases it even
prevents from being able to do the work, cause in some apps (krdc) the cursor
disappears at all. I can make any tests/provide any additional info required.
