Summary: [evergreen] Monitor fails to come back after unplug
                    and replug (recent regression)
           Product: xorg
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: x86-64 (AMD64)
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Driver/Radeon
        AssignedTo: xorg-driver-ati at lists.x.org
        ReportedBy: thomas.lindroth at gmail.com
         QAContact: xorg-team at lists.x.org

I use an xrandr desktop with two monitors connected to hdmi and vga. If I
unplug the hdmi monitor both monitors goes blank (regression since a few weeks
back). When I plug it back in the hdmi monitor comes back but the vga monitors
stays blank. Switching to vt1 and back to vt7 restores both monitors. dmesg and
Xorg.0.log doesn't show anything out of the ordinary.

Using an Evergreen cedar card with xorg-server-1.10.2 and linus kernel, mesa,
xf86-video-ati, libdrm compiled from git as of today from gentoo live ebuild.
