How to set underscan factor

Cool, that was what I was looking for. I figured out that I can control 
underscan like this:

xrandr --output DVI-1 --set underscan on --set "underscan hborder" 45 --set 
"underscan vborder" 30

Now I get a fullscreen image on my TV. Thanks.

Unfortunately my TV does not have such an option.
