Not really like directly. It's really tricky to make 3D work across
multiple heterogeneous GPUs (what GL extensions do you enable, what
happens when the windows moves between cards, etc.). The solution is
to separate rendering and display, so you'd pick a GPU to render and
then send the rendered image to whichever GPU driving the monitor in
question.
