lspci -vvvvv output for dual-head X700 (RV410) card
I have a Radeon X700 dual-head card operating in ZaphodHeads mode. I find that
any OpenGL program will only update its window when the mouse id moved, other
wise the window is halted. For example, by continuously moving the mouse
glxgears can report about 59 frames per second.
In a short email exchange with Alex Deucher, I understand that direct rendering
is not currently supported across GPUs. With dual-head and multi-head setups
becoming more common, I hope that direct rendering support across GPUs can be
implemented.
I am attaching the output of lspci -vvvvv and can provide other information
upon request.
