OK, next time I will attach files directly, thanks for the hint.

Does it mean, this is not fixable?
The difference of 26 lines sounds logical but, I can't remember that 
this happened with non-KMS, too.

Please attach files here directly rather than pasting volatile external 
URLs.

Your laptop panel has a vertical resolution of 1050 lines, presumably 
the
external monitor is using a vertical resolution of 1024 lines, so the 
last line
of text is out of its reach.
