Overscan seems to be on for the TV, and I'm not sure how to turn it off. The
manual doesn't mention anything about overscan. I have tried adjusting the
"underscan"/"underscan vborder"/"underscan hborder" properties using xrandr but
they seem to have no effect.

I'm including the verbose output of xrandr in case this is helpful.
