Hi, i'v a dell studio 15 laptop with rv620 chipset, 

i didn't have problem with new pll algo (last d-r-t kernel git,mesa
git,libdrm-git,xf86-ati-git), with my internal lvds or external hdmi screen.


i think i have add this problem of blue lines at the beginning of new ppl
around february, but it was solved:
