The second digital output on IGP cards (like the rs690) uses PCIE lanes so you
can't use it in conjunction with a PCIE x16 add-in card; you have to pick one
of the other (secondary DVI or x16 card).  Also, if you want to use both the
IGP and an add-in card, you need to enable surround view in the bios.
