rotation problem ATI radeon X1200

Hai!

I am using centos release 5.3 operating system.
Video card is ATI radeon X1200 model.
I specified r500 driver in xorg.conf. r500 comes with
xorg-x11-drv-ati-6.6.3-3.22.el5.i386.rpm.
X server rpm is xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.1.1-48.52.el5.

Rotation feature is not working. When I change rotation using gnome-display
properties or using xrandr command,
The screen is not rotating. Instead of rotation the screen's some part in
the right side becomes unusable and
graphics gets distorted when we move any windows to that space.

I am attaching my xorg.conf  and Xorg.0.log files.

Please give some suggestion.
