Getting XV working

[Jackson Alley]

I'm using Arch Linux x86_64 2.6.33-ck xorg-server-1.7.5.902-1,
xf86-video-ati-6.12.4-3, mesa-7.7-1
I am using the KMS mode and also am loading the radeon module in too rc.conf
as suggested here:

$ xvinfo
X-Video Extension version 2.2
screen #0
 no adaptors present
