5 FPS and broken textures

With radeon 6.12 driver, the performance in 3D games is very poor. Urban Terror
that used to run at 40-50FPS is now unplayable with 5FPS. The textures are also
broken (see attachment). In UT2004, the main menu was so slow that I was not
even able to start a game.
