And another attachment. No more attachments after this one (only if requested)
promised! ;-)

All of the three profiles above have in common that a lot of time is spent in
sysenter_do_call.

Now to the good stuff: The patch above solved quite a few performance problems
on my system:
 -kmail is a lot faster
 -switching between tabs/windows is faster
 -zooming in okular is faster (but still slow)
