BUG: dualscreen + compiz + lucid = corruption on half of one monitor

The max texture size supported by your hardware is 2048x2048 pixels,
and the max render target is 2560x2560.  Since your desktop is larger
than these dimensions you get issues.  compiz should refuse to start
if the desktop is larger than the max texture size.
