[Bug 28410] OpenGL vsync no longer working properly

Oddly enough, I can no longer reproduce the flickering. No components have
changed in the system, so whatever caused it yesterday must have been some
weird state caused by flipping mesa/libdrm versions back and forth.

vsync problem is still present and need investigation though.
