2.6.32-3-686 ATI Radeon Mobility 9700se doesn´t work with kms, lower fps than before.

Hi devs,

my ATI-Card on Laptop doesn’t work right with your new kms.

I have before more than 2500 fps on glxgears, now its only 140 fps.

I must set my modset to 0 right? this is what i do on my desktopsystem.

You know i need many fps for blender and inkscape ;).
