ah, looks like it happens with pretty much any mp4 video with h264 inside
opened by any vlc version on my system.
i can't tell if it's just-any such video or something else matters or if it
triggered in default vlc configuration since results of such tests would be
devastating and i avoid using vlc at all costs right now.
