Umm, no...  It is a card apparently manufactured for Apple, so it has an ADC (see <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Display_Connector>) and a standard VGA connector.  No idea if there are additional ones on the pcb, though, but iirc, the machine (a PowerMac G4 "Silver") did never support tv.
