Everything is fine now with xf86-video-ati-6.12.4
But there's something happened only once , when I tried to move windows
extremely fast for 4seconds , Pc freezes , But It working fine now , I can move
windows normally , open netbeans website , 
in brief : proplem solved & I'll try to submit fedora bug
