The user previously had to force PCI mode in order to have this card work. With
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-ati/commit/?id=57f2c83a22f27567506c555af431f89e6031204c
the card will instead be forced to PCIE in this case.

The logic to treat PCIE IGP cards as PCI will not apply since it is before the
option parsing.

The Windows driver detects this card as "AGP 8x at PCI".
