The modes are being limited by the sync ranges specified in your xorg.conf:

    HorizSync   31.5 - 50.0
    VertRefresh 40-90

(II) RADEON(0): EDID vendor "VSC", prod id 44316
(II) RADEON(0): Using hsync ranges from config file
(II) RADEON(0): Using vrefresh ranges from config file

Remove those lines from your monitor section and it should work fine.
