Problem with Radeon HD3450

If I attempt to use the radeonhd driver with this card (with
chipset RV620), it fails to setup the display.  Relevant
section of the log file (entire log and configuration files
are attaced):

The FAQ suggests that this is a result of not being able to
find any modes that fall within defined ranges for the
display.  However, by changing only the Driver line in the
Device section of my config file, it is able to use the
non-hd radeon driver.
