Screenshot showing 3D being rendered over top of another window which has the
focus

Since upgrading to Ubuntu Jaunty, any 3D window is drawn over top of all the
other windows. Also when the 3D window is moved, minimized, closed etc. it
leaves behind an image where it was.

I've tried changing several options in xorg.conf including EXA vs. XAA.
