Which Flash plugin is being used, and how does it render the videos?

I looked into this a bit for the swfdec plugin, and there the problem seems to
be that it uses RENDER transformed RepeatNone pictures for scaling, and the
driver can't accelerate that due to weird RENDER spec semantics for RepeatNone.
Using RepeatPad instead would avoid this, but there might be more issues down
the road.
