Problem occurs when using AGPModes 4, 2, and 1. 

The default seems to be 4, and the Windows driver seems to use 4. Returning
xorg.conf to AGPMode default, 4.

Currently testing with DRI disabled:

Section "Device"
        Identifier      "Configured Video Device"
        Option          "DRI" "False"
